Local Guide to Carlsbad Homes

Escondido Real Estate

This site is dedicated to information that will help your life in Escondido; whether it is daily activities, fun excursions, local attractions, real estate related information, area restaurant guides, and local Escondido real estate information.

Escondido is a substantial city in the northeaster portion of San Diego County.  With over 100,000 residents and many out of area visitors, Escondido must have many points of interest.  Let me talk about just a few of them.

The Wild Animal Park is located in the desert environment along the East side of Escondido, where wild animals are left in as close to their native environment as possible.  Millions visit this wonderful park each year to see elephants, giraffes, rhinoceroses, among others roam within natural environments.  Others come for the elephant or bird show.  There are even excursions there that allow you to sleep in a tent among the wild animals.

Each Friday night through the entire summer Escondido has Cruise Night down Grand Street.  Hundreds of classic and modified cars line the street, others cruise like they did in the 70’s while era-appropriate music plays all around you.  It is quite an event, that is frequented by thousands.

Escondido real estate varies by area as much as any other city, ranging from clustered associations and seemingly un-zoned residential homes to varied ethnic regions and expansive custom homes with groves of avocado trees, and everything in between.  Consequently, homes for sale in Escondido appeal to many different people and for many different reasons.

Are you interested in buying or selling Escondido real estate?  If so, you would be hard-pressed to find a better area that would meet your needs.  I am a Realtor, but encourage you to select my link partners around this site to help you further.
