San Elijo Hills Planned Masterpiece
This neighborhood has developed into a wonderful community, bringing much into walking distance from homes and the city’s center. Furthering Twin Oaks into the community from Highway 78 just made it that much nicer, as you can now get to San Diego’s highway system much easier and quicker. This was the one drawback it had when it opened, but no more.
